Preheat the oven to 400 F / 200C. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or use a silicone mat.
In a medium bowl mix well the ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, seasonings, and salt using your a spatula or your hands.
Spread the chicken mixture as thick as possible (about 1/2 inch thick) onto the parchment paper in the desired pizza shape.
